Did you ask for an ear exam? A friend of mine recently went through the same dizzy spells and being off balance and nausea. Turned out he had fluid in his ears. The first doctor didn't catch it, the second one he went to did. Something to consider.
Keep us posted on how you are doing. Take care.
ive been docs and she is sure it is not vertigo and it is anxiety but im not so sure the thing is sometimes when u have anxiety they put everything down to it they have given me some new tablets to try so hopefully it will take the edge off things thanks for your reply
This sounds like vertigo which causes dizziness, feeling lightheaded, feels like the floor is moving, the room can appear to be spinning, it can pull you to one side and you can actually get sick with vertigo...it's motion sickness. It makes it very difficult to walk. But I'm not a doctor, and I think any new symptoms need to be addressed with your doctor right away. Vertigo can last days to months, but you need to see your doctor for an evaluation as to what exactly is going on. Hope this helps, and take care....I know it's scary.
