More info needed.

What is your Klonopin dose? What are the exact words on the prescription label?

What about the Zoloft?

How long have you been suffering from "anxiety"? And, how long have you been taking prescription drugs to treat it? Are your current complaints new or long-standing?

April,

Ask your doctor to remove you from the Zoloft, as the Zoloft is the most likely cause for your symptoms. SSRI type drugs have a plethora of side effects, and some are worse than others. Sometimes, the side effects will go away during treatment, but apparently not in your case.

The dose may be decreased by 25 mg every two weeks until the drug is discontinued. The Klonopin alone is more effective than the combination of both Klonopin and Zoloft.

You are on the correct dose of Klonopin, 1/2 mg BID. If your symptoms do not improve after discontinuing the Zoloft, the Klonopin dose may then be increased to 1/2 mg TID (three times daily).

If the Obsessive-Compulsive disorder persists on Klonopin alone, a mild Tricyclic antidepressant such as Sinequan may be added in conjunction with the Klonopin.
