anxiaty & no sleep

So last night I couldn't sleep tonight feels like I won't sleep either I might take sleeping pills just to help me out I have anxiaty sometimes too and thought that I'm crazy but I know I'm not had ecstacy over doze 2 years ago that's were all these thougt come from I have days tat I can sleep good n these passed 2 days I can't get any sleep worried don't wana go crazy just wana b normal ill fight back just need some possitive comments. Well another sleepless night or maybe ill take 2 pills to helpp me a little

Have you tried reading a book or writing in a journal.  Sometimes if you can distract your mind you can fall asleep.  

Anxiety is tough.  As hard as it is if you try and focus on other things then you should be able to calm down enough to get some sleep.

I hope you start feeling better soon and can start getting some sleep.....

Thank u I might take up a journal I have so much in mind that at times I just think to much n I might go crazy lol anxiaty is a major problem but it goes away I hope this goes away soon so I can enjoy my young life
