anxiety, chest pains and pregnant

i'm 3 and a half months pregnant and had to come off my meds straight away as my doc asked me to, at the moment i'v been off them for nearly 4 weeks and i'm now getting chest pains stomach ache and feeling like ****, would this be due to having anxiety problems or just normal pregnant symptoms. i know it doesn't help iv got anxiety but any info would help at the moment. oh yeah i was on my meds for 10weeks of my pregnancy not knowing i was pregnant. thanks jessica

Wow, I just posted a question that is a lot like you are describing. I am not pregnant. What kind of medication were you taking?
