last april 2 2008 i was hospitalized bec my blood presure goes up to 170/110 but after the treatment it goes down to 140/90 the highest normalNormal saline flush blood pressurePressure ulcer.since then i already have my maintennce medicine to keep my blood pressurePressure ulcer goes down to a normat suggested optimal blood pressurePressure ulcer to 120/80, and it happen. sometimes it goes down to 116/68... but when times that im alone in the house, or maybe my only daughter was sadDepression and she feels bad, im the one always got hurt and it resulted to a chest pain. and every time i have this problem my blood presure always goes up.and since i was hospitalized last april 2, i always worried that im going to suffer heart attack in the afternoon, that was the time i was brought to the nearest hospital last april 2. even my blood pressurePressure ulcer is in the normal range of less than 120/80, one of my doctor told me that im suffering now from anxiety?? what is this anxiety?? is this normal???
Anxiety is WORRY all the time and you do not always know why, or sometimes you worry about the SAME thing all the time I find it hard to stop. When it happens all the time it is not normal, because it is not normal to worry all day. It makes you feel bad.
I suggest you spend more time talking with your doctor about this worry. Ask what he or she thinks you should do. Some people take medication, some people talk to a doctor about problems and some do BOTH. Ask which is right for you.
