anxiety and asthma help....

im having asthma symptoms from anxiety help what shall i do?
i keep worrying cause of asthma and my doctor said im fine he checked me..i do suffer from anxiety :(

I have really bad anxiety lol you do not have asthma its just your anxiety messin with you when you feel like you can't breathe ignore it because your going to be just fine but if you let your breathing get out of control to much oxygen will get to the brain because your heart is pumping to much blood which gives the brain way to much oxygen and you'll faint so just try to keep calm because if you don't already have asthma than these s great chance you won't get it and I can promise you that its not life threaten CALM DOWN ANXIETY DOES NOT GIVE YOU ASTHMA
