anxiety and dreams

ok, since my anxiety started, ive noticed that when i think back over my dreams during the day following a nights sleep, i associate the dreams with an uncomfortable, eerie sort of feeling, they are not really nightmares, just normal dreams, playing football with friends, walking down the street etc, however they make me feel scared and uneasy, even though nothing bad was happening in the dreams, cant really understand this, can anyone fill me in?

When, exactly, did your anxiety begin? I get the sense it's been fairly recent. I'm really lousy at interpreting dreams, so I won't be much use in answering your questions and concerns. You say the dreams themselves aren't "nightmares," yet they make you feel scared and uneasy when you think about them the following day. This seems really weird. I hope there is someone here who can tell you what that may mean. I'm trying to figure out if there is a relation between your dreams, or your FEELINGS about your dreams, and your anxiety.
If you could tell us a bit more about your anxiety, that could possibly help us give you some ideas about what's going on with your dreamlife.
