anxiety and eye problems

hello, everyone


i have had anxiety/fear for a while now. at first i was experiencing back,chest, and neck problems. also i would constantly fall into a deep spacing out.  


my anxiety has calm down- without using medication but i feel eye problems.

i feel like everything looks weird and bright colors bother me. also i feel like when i move my eyes it feels weird around my eyes. also i cant focus and i get strong urges to space out.also my eyes feel stressed? is this normal it's really scaring me and it has me sad. =(.

i didn't have any issues with my eyes before my anxiety began. could it had been that all the spacing out affected my eyes?

I can relate to what you are going through.  I now suffer anxiety, It appears to me since I lost my job I have more time on my hands, and therefore I worry over the smallest things I was starting to imagine something was happening with my eyes, I put too much attention and stress on my eyes, had all the tests done all normal, I do have a occular migraine, this is because I get ripples in my eye quite strange but now I know all about it I am ok. what kind of medication are you taking?
My eyes do the EXACT SAME THING, and it started when I had to start taking klonopin.
do you take any kind of benzo?
