anxiety and hypnosis

I'm desperate. Has anybody out there ever tried hypnosis for the treatment of health anxiety/panic disorder? At this point I'm willing to try anything that is NOT medication, God know I feel sedated enough on the clonazepam.

I did.  It didn't work, but I hadn't given up on it when my therapist died.  Though it didn't help, it was quite pleasant.  I think it's worth a try -- if it works, great, if it doesn't, it's fun.
