anxiety and numbness
Does anyone get any kind of numbness with there anxiety.
Thats why it was hard for me to believe that it was anxiety, because I would feel things even when I wasn't axxious. We might feel allright, but our bodies our always feeling the stress. Numbness is scary it has happen only a couple of times for me, but I know that it is a big symptom. I hope that you feel better and take care.
I have anxiety for awhile now, i've had many test done all were normal,but the numbness is new to me. sometimes i get the numbness even when i don't have anxiety.some times its hard to get control of the anxiety when you have so many symptoms.
That can happen with anxiety, but if you are really concerned I would talk with your doctor. He will go through your history and see if further testing is neccesary. Are you knew to this whole anxiety thing, or have you been dealing with it for a while. Anxiety can be very scary. You need to take control of it, not let it control you.
