anxiety and numbness

I have anxiety since october 2008 i first had a panic attack while at work.
I went to a doctor and he gave me xanax that dd not do it for me since i changed doctor and now going as well to see a therapist...
I have this numbness / tingling sensation in my right part of the body and my eye as well I ' m doing biofeedback things and went to 2 neurological exams and my doctor told me that everything was fine...
When i do biofeedback i feel better but the numbness drove me crazy... do you know anything who is good for numbness and is it normal to only have numbness in one side of the body i also do have hyperventilation due to anxiety

You did the right thing by going to see your doctor in my opinion.  The neuro said that everything is fine and has done the applicable tests, so you know physically there is nothing wrong in my opinion.  Does your doctor think it is anxiety?  In my experience we can definately have all sorts of symptoms especially when we are tuned into what we think is wrong.  You are seeing a therapist, which is great...just remember that it does take time to confront it and learn about it...keep us posted!

yes it s due to anxiety.... I' m getting scared of some of the symptoms at times when they are new and feel uncomfortable with new symptoms
