I'm around 4 wks preggas my anxiety attacks r gettin worse I no I can't have the meds in takin to help it jst wondering Wat I can do

It is common for expecting women to be pregnant but if you already have anxiety I can imagine that it would be worse.

-eat a nutritious diet
-practice deep breathing exercises
-get more sleep
-and do activities you enjoy that relieve stress
