anxiety/depression

I  have been grieving about my dog Penny, and my two cats, little boy and little cat, all of them were killed by coyotes, Penny was attacked by coyotes and I was at work and I feel that she suffered for at least 5-6 hours before I got home, I took her to a vet and they told me she had too many internal injuries so I had her put to sleep, I just can't seem to get past it, I miss her so bad and I feel quilty and of course I miss my cats too, what can I do?

What an awful ordeal for you.  I think time is the key here.  I know that seems impossible right now, but the pain will lessen with time.  If the incident has intensified your anxiety/depression then you may want to talk to your doctor about some help through this hard time.  Counseling or a temporary med might help.  So sorry for your loss.
