anxiety for hiv

i have anxiety about hiv always i think about hiv. if i do something i think if  i do this things may be i get hiv.hiv in my mind .i want to live normal life i wanna remove this anxiety.doctor told me this is ocd(obsessive complusive disorder)
how can i remove this anxiety. when i do sex even potected sex my penis never erect beacouse hiv in mind. i need help
i know how to hiv transmitt but mind never think this thing it always think may be i get hiv.help me

Have you considered recieving counseling for your anxiety?  For me, learning about the root cause of my anxiety helped tremendously in confronting and dealing with it.

I agree with cj that you should look into therapy to deal with your anxiety regarding HIV. Almost everyone has some fear of HIV, and that's a good thing, IF it leads us to become educated about how HIV is transmitted and teaches us to avoid behavior that is risky. That your fear is out of control to the point of seriously interferring with your life means it is definitely time to seek help.
You say you know how HIV is transmitted and therefore I assume you practice safe sex, but you still obsess about it. I think your doctor is correct in thinking this is OCD behavior and that is what needs to be addressed.
Along with cj, I urge you to get into therapy so you can lead a happy and normal life.
