anxiety/heavy head dizzyness

i have this feeling that every time i move my head fast, or look down i feel dizzy..and my head feels heavy. i have had these symptoms on and off since my anxiety started but havent had it in awhile, but i hate thinking that everything i get now is anxiety..i don't wanna assume its all anxiety just in case it is something..i cant tell if its my sinuses or my hypoglycemia..im so sick of all this ****,,idk if i should go to an ENT or what.. can it be my zoloft stopped working..been on it for a  little more then a month but i dont think its been helping lately, but im not sure if its just that i have been sick or whatever..god i hate anxiety

You need to ease your mind and know if it's all due to anxiety and the only way to do so is to get tested.

It's a good idea to start with an ENT but you could also consult a neurologist if it can ease your mind.

I think its best to ease your mind about things, and believe me I know how impossible it seems, but I would also go to your doctor about it. I was just diagnosed with a sinus infection when i thought it was just anxiety too(same symptoms) :)
