anxiety help

anyone know why im in rage and have a numb feeling brain arm and headached also ammonia and metallic smell in my nose once and awhile?

Rage, numb feeling in brain, arms and headaches are common symptoms of anxiety and i think you had a clue since you are posting in this forum.

Odd smell and taste are also associated with anxiety. I could tell you otherwise if you were tasting something metallic in your mouth which can be an indication of copper poisoning, lead poisoning, dental carries, mouth infections. But those condition have nothing to do with smell.

Maybe if you work in a place with high exposure to ammonia it can be related but i guess you would already know that...
