anxiety or brain tumor

Hi iam really scard ffor the past 4 yesrs I have been getting strange feelings in my head like iam going to die I go dizzy nw and agagain I get shooting pains sumtimes in my head all sholder very tiread and stressd out seen so many doctors they all say the same anxiety I just don't understan haw anxiety can give u these symptoms

YES!! Anxiety can give you all these symptoms, the reason i know is because I have experienced these exact same ones! ANd I even went to have CT scan done, because i was convinced it was a tumor!! I dont understand why this happens either but thinking about it only makes it worse!!! Ask your dr for a ct scan to ease your mind!!

I know it's difficult to believe that anxiety can cause all these symptoms....but it does.  If you read through the many posts on here you will find many suffering with your same symptoms due to anxiety.  It sounds like the doctors have thoroughly checked you out for any other causes for these....now it's time to address the anxiety.  You need to do this to either rule it out or accept that this is all anxiety.  You don't need to feel this way, there is so much help for you with therapy and/or medication. Anxiety feeds off our fears and worries, so the more you worry about having a brain tumor the stronger your anxiety grows....creating more symptoms.  Acceptance is key to getting better, see a psychiatrist for an evaluation and go from there.  Best wishes.
