anxiety or...?

I am writing this after being woken up by what felt like I was about to die. Basically I was asleep got jolted awake by some awful feeling. I have no idea what it was but lately i've been experiencing bizarre sensations in my head that feel like some sudden static electricity or involuntary movement. I'll also have periods of time where I have a pin ***** sensation that lasts for several minutes and goes away. Often times these sensations are coupled with brief faintness, confusion, etc. None of this happens for any particular reason so I don't know if it's anxiety or something I should be worried about?  I'm only 24 (and also don't have health insurance) so I want to know if a doctors visit is something I should invest in or if i just need to learn to relax. you really are best seeing a doctor to rule out anything, everyone gets awoken by jolting in the sleep now and then, its the brain checking everythings in working order, you could of even been dreaming and tripped over

I have gotten those strange sensations, the static through your head, its loud and short like a jolt and is very frightening. I have gone to the doctors for anxiety and described that feeling and they looked at me like i didnt make sense. If you dont have insurance, there are natural remedies that can help sooth your body such as St. Johns Wort, kava Kava, Velarian Root, Omega 3 with high DHA, and passion flower extract. I have been using Omega 3 because I cant take meds and it has helped a bit. Good luck.

i have been diagnosed with anxiety and i get these feelings aswell they are some quite common symptoms i wouldnt worry about it try to realx but if you are worried go and see someone for reasurance.
