anxiety pains

I am a 32 year old male. In march I have some chest pain with hart palpitations. I went to the amergency room and I had an ekg and blood work and every thing was normal. Dr said it could be acid reflux. After this I started having lots of fear of having a hart problem. Weeks later I started having hart palpitations and lots of fear. Ones again I went to the ER and they did more blood work and ekg,everythin came back normal. My doctor had me see a cardiologist. I had a stress test and a hart ultrasound. And the candiologist said that everithing look good that my hart was ok,he said that i had a mield MVP, but that it was so small that I should not feal any simptoms. After that visit with the cardiologist I keeped having chest pains lots of strees and panic attacks.I have gone to the ER 4 times and to insta care 3 times and every time they cant find enything wrong. I have had a total of 7 ekg,stres test with ultrasound, I had an endoscopy to check my stomach an ultrasound to check for gall stones lots of blood tests and they have all came back normal.
   I dont have high cholesteral or diabetes I am 5'7, 154 lbs no family History af hart problems. I did weight 177lbs wen all this started i lost about 27lbs.Dr said it was becouse of the anxiety and stress.I play sports and I dont feal any pain. Now i still get chest pain daily in the center and some times down my left arm my jaw herts. The pain can last for a few minutes or for a few hours. I dont feal sick besides tha pains. I do feal lots of fear and depresion.I only feal the pain wen I am doing nothing. I take paxil xanax and prilosec. But they dont help. I have seen 3 diferent doctors and they say it's anxiety.
Can anxiety couse chest pain that can last for hours and give me pain down my let arm.

I get pain down my arm and jaw pain sometimes too.  However, I do have gallbladder issues-need to have it taken out.  Stress and anxiety can cause this in all sincerity.  But I have a cousin who also suffers with gallbladder issue too and she gets the exact pain you are talking about.  You don't have to have gallstones for there to be a problem, it could just be the gallbladder isn't contracting properly.  This is a long shot, I just thought it ws worth mentioning.
Anxiety can REALLY do a number on you to where you swear you are dying-I know.
No acid reflux huh?  My chest pain has pretty much gone away since I was diagnosed with GERD and take aciphex, but I still get jaw pain and arm pain.
