anxiety related panic disorder

sir i have been sufferring from panic disorder i dont want to ake paxidep(medicine name) as already ihave taken for two years with one year gap because after one time mediv=cation i was well but now again ihave same panic attack sympotoms. is beta blockker is good or antidepressant.                                              
                         SIR MY MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT  MY HEAD ALWAYS SEEM TO BE MOVING I DONT FIND MYSELY ORIENTED I ALWAYS FEEL DIZZINESS. SIR WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP
