anxiety scares me

I started with a panic attack two hours ago,it wont go away,my head feels heavy and dizzy,i feel like i cant see but i can,confused,sick,dry mouth and like i cant breathe,im like this everyday,i have been diognosed with panic disorder,anxiety and agraphobia,i hate living like this i feel so scared,i am also pregnant,i feel exausted i dont no what to do

I'm so sorry to hear about your pain. U say you've been diognosed already have u taken any medz. I know what your going through is not easy my first panic attack sounds just like yours now I'm dealing with some anxiety issues. U need to seek a therapist and see what's best for u in your condition. I really hope the best for and hope u get through this. It not an easy road but we r all here to help u get through

im sorry you feel like this ive been there so i know your pain relax you will be fine close your eyes and breath. I know this will sound a little weird but one way i stop my panic attacks is i ask for more mentally because then my brain gets confused and begins to relax. best of luck

Thanks for your comments,i have been suffering on and off for 3 years i went back on meds two weeks ago and im seeing a cbt,i just want to get my life back to normal im sick of waking up during the night and feeling in a state of panic all the time,most of the time its over nothing it just hits me.i cant even go out of the house,which is the oppasite to what i used to be like,i never wanted to stop in before
