anxiety suppressed to the ozone

yeah i was just wondering, ive had anxiety for bout 8-9 years now, some depression here n there.  But now it gets to the point where i dont really get depressed or anxious, but just put into the ozone.  I mean, i dont take any medicine or anything, and im always keeping busy, so that when the anxiety comes, its like i dont do anything but just stare, and play it slow. its the safest thing for me.  I mean, i know theres alot of pain within, but this is what happens.  what do you think?
