anxiety symptoms?

i have had anxiety for many years and have had a variety of symptoms,  headaches, stomach problems, chest tighness, now i have high blood pressure, memory problems...my hand and foot has been feeling numb for a while, i get lighheaded....i have been to the eye dr, the cardiologist, my regular dr and im fine but i have this numbss for a long time......i have an appt with my neurologist next week...has anyone had numbness that lasted for a while?

of course i think its something serious but i always do and then it turns out to be fine

i posted about my dr giving me lexapro which im hesitant to take but i think once i find out what this numness/lightheaded feeling is i may try it....the side effects cant be any worse that i feel now...

thank you

So sorry you are feeling bad. =(

It could be anxiety for sure. When I get it real bad, my right ear starts to go numb-like, pins and needles.

Mine felt numb for about a month maybe?

Good luck to you. I'm sure everything is fine.

God Bless.

i'm sorry your feeling bad. anxiety can cause many physical symptoms including several that you have. is your blood pressure high only when your anxious or all the time? alot of us here have had numbness in different parts of our bodies but it is best that your getting it checked out. it could be a couple of pinched nerves maybe or it could be anxiety. take care. remar
