anxiety through the roof!

hey all just wanted to vent! It amazes me this whole anxiety thing! How sometimes out of nowhere it just tries to take over! Im a 50 yr old male and found out that my hormones are pretty off track and it is playing a major part in the anxiety. Going to be working on trying to balance my hormones with supplements that my doc is putting me on. Hormones play into anxiety ALOT! just hoping that i will feel better once im a bit more balanced!\thanks for listening

hey, i went to see a naturopathic doctor today as i refuse to start SSRI's for my anxiety. she listened to all my symptoms and told me my hormones and my adrenal glands are way out of sync so she put me of some natural stuff and homeopathic medicine to help me out, and i feel better already (maybe the placebo effect) but at least i feel good, and you will too! take care :)
