Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms and affect us in different ways.  In my opinion, you have seen your doctor, and he/she says everything is fine with your heart.  In my experience, if we tend to worry about a particular symtpom we sometimes relate in and every little feeling to our worry...keep us posted!

My girlfriend suffered her first anxiety attack and thought she was having a heart attack.  It was the middle of the night but her neighbor was a nurse so she and her husband went there and she took her pulse and heart rate and she said they were fine.  She talked her down a little but she continued to pace and said her heart was coming out of her chest with the chills and the sweats.  She did wind up going to the hospital because she was pregnant and didn't want to take any chances.  So she has had many after this till she was put on paxil and she said her heart rate doesn't go up much or not over 100 like you said.  Maybe a little faster than usual but not out of range.  Hope this helps.  Good luck.

Suffer lots of anxiety attacks and other problems, but never had an elevated heart rate or blood pressure or hyper breathing.  Mine's mostly been racing thoughts.  It can come in all kinds of ways.
