was wondering can a person have anxiety /panic attack without an increase in heart rate as in over 100 tach.....i seem to have a lot of the symptoms of anxiety but i am not plaqued by the hr increase which seems to mentioned a lot
i do suffer from a lot of chest pains though and feeling of being un easy if that makes sence
i have being to a doc and heart is fine etc
Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms and affect us in different ways. In my opinion, you have seen your doctor, and he/she says everything is fine with your heart. In my experience, if we tend to worry about a particular symtpom we sometimes relate in and every littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys feeling to our worry...keep us posted!
Suffer lots of anxiety attacks and other problems, but never had an elevated heart rate or blood pressure or hyper breathing. Mine's mostly been racing thoughts. It can come in all kinds of ways.
