Yes see your Dr. but also it may be time to get off zoloft, I hope you worked on issues concerning your PanicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia Attacks, the zoloft is a aid in clearing your mind, but not a cure. how do you feel about getting off zoloft (tapering) and see how you feel?
Zoloft gave me back my life, (it's all in my open Journals in this forum). I was already on xanax, then my Dr. tried for 2 years to get me to take zoloft , I would not, then I started it and it aided in weaming off xanax, then I weamed of zoloft, I was out driving again , even went on 1000 mile drive by myself for hockey! (prior to this , I was close to be homebound)!
These meds can change personality. Paxil changed mine, it made me more aggressive, impulsive, and angry. Zoloft doesn't sound like the med for you, assuming you need a med at all.
