anxiety

hi im 15 and suffering from aniexty i have had panic attcks that last over a hour sometimes.. but since my last one i have been feeling weird like everythink seems and feels different.. i feel like im going to die , have a heart attack or not wake p in my sleep.. i also have been having pains in my chest and arms.. does anyone know if these are caused my anxiety it is really worrying me ..

Yes, panic attacks and/or general anxiety can cause your chest and arms to hurt. You can feel just like you are having a heart attack. It is scary! But, you should not chalk it up to anxiety until you have been checked by a doctor. You wouldn't want to miss syptoms (symptoms) of real heart problems.
