ty you for answering ....i really cant afford to go to the drs all the time .im the only one working when i get really stressed out the pain gets worse and the more i think about me not breathing then that gets worse ..i always think im going to die from this and that really scares me but i had these before and took me along time to get over them ..ty you for listening nancy
You mention 'all the stress' in your life now. This stress may very well be behind the return of your anxiety and panic attacks, it frequently is for many of us.
As mammo says, see your doc and get a good physical. If you got treatment for anxiety in the past then you know how to go about doing what worked for you then. If not, then ask your doctor for a referral to a good psychiatrist and/or therapist.
