anxiety

I need help, I suffer from anxiety and I take 20mg citalopram. I had a good job my life was ok but now I can't go out I worry about little things like someone is following me, I can't shake anyone's hand or be next to them incase I might catch something, I hear voices in my head to kill myself but I would never do that. I just want to be normal.
