I suffer really bad anxiety and if I have a drink it spirals out of control I feel like my world has ended I feel like I've done or said something bad to the point I convince myself I have does anyone else suffer with this it's such a lonely thing to go through xx

Hi ya yea no more drink for me I've learnt the hard way.Very rarely I'd drink  but not worth the suffering for days it's torture. It's madness how much u feed the anxiety after a drink. I find it hard to deal with the anxiety day to day without making it worse. Thank u :-)...

Hi, Deb.  I have had anxiety for more years than I care to count.  And one thing I do know for a fact is that anxiety and alcohol do not mix.  Not even if you don't take medication.  I have completely quit drinking in the past year, and I feel better, not so out of control.  Blessings - Blu
