definitely! Thats how it all started for me. Many symptoms of anxiety are chest related....tightness, heart palpitations, difficulty breathing, etc. Anxiety can do crazy things

yes , I also think thats how mine started out aswell.. I'd have all the symptoms of a stroke! its sucks and its extreamly scary.. I even went to the emergency room once thinking I was havin a stroke or heart attack but mainly it begins with your breathing and then it progresses from there.. If you ever feel like you can't breath don't try and breath harder and deeper the more oxygen you take in the more light headed you will become which will trigger lightgeadedness and your limbs ( arm/legs) may become numb due to to much oxygen to the brain... once you get those feeling panic sets in and your body andfear take you places you've never been before.. I've learned to take control of mine with out and medication.. For my self I control my BREATHING.. It may not work for everyone but it has help alot of people I ve met who has had these attacks..
