anxiety

can anxiety cause smptoms on one side of the body. i have tingling on the right leg and not my left.and a weird feeling on the left side of the face.

I do believe it can. Whenever I have a panic attack, i have pressure in only the right side of my head, and at times there is tingling as well, and my newest symptom that started today is pain with the pressure. it seriously sucks. Ended up going to the e.r. because of it. my brain is normal and its because of my panic disorder. so yes, it can  happen to only one side of your body
