recently i had been having problems i thought were std related but i went to the clinic over 6 months ago due to a clear discharge,and itchey penis tip but they said i was fine.
recently i had quit smoking refer and started getting tired feelings like i would just wake up around 11:00 but by 3:00 i would be sleep again i would wake up like 10:00 and be up till like 5-5:30 in the mornin also i have symptoms of wut apears to be URI i got tested 4 and came up negative and i have like a tingling sensation from the tip of my penis and feels like i have to go every 8 to 15 mins i figured i maybe i dont drink enough water which is messin wit my kidneys, could i just be worrying 2 much or could it be somthin else or like i feel a tingling sensation frequently through out the day im going back 2 the std clinic 2 make sure its not hiv or somthing outrageous because when that ocurance came up the condem poped put i stope imiaditely i dont no im a wrck right now plz help

Just keep going to the doc until you get answers. PS - I don't think HIV causes tingling sensations.
