I really cant answer your question but  may I ask why would you want to get pregnant before dealing with your anxiety.  Believe me when I say if you think you've got anxiety now wait until you have a new baby to care for, also what happens if your anxiety gets out of control while you are pregnant, you will be very limited as what medication will help you. Maybe your wanting a baby is the underlying cause of the anxiety, only you know its severity and whether you are debilitated by it as many of us have been/are.  Please talk to your health professional and get all the information you can to make an informed decision. All the best with whatever you decide

Yes you can still have anxiety, I got anxiety when my first son was born, long story but I had a bad pregnancy and delivery, 2 1/2 years later I got prego with number 2 and I did have panic and anxiety throughout the whole pregnancy, 4 years later I still have it. Good luck with your decision!

I am a mother of 2 children. Beautiful children, 13 and 7. Trust me when I say this. Wait until you get your anxiety under control before you have children. There are many days when I can barely function and my children suffer because of this. They are very active and I find it hard most days to even get them to where they need to go. It's horrible. And I feel so bad that they have to go through this with me.

I'm not sure what your question is.  Do you want to know if you can have panic attacks while pregnant?  The answer to this is yes.  Or do you want to know if you can get pregnant if you suffer from panic attacks?  Again, the answer is yes.

Some women find their panic attacks get better while pregnant, and others find they get worse.  However, there ARE medications/treatments that can be taken while pregnant if the anxiety gets out of control.  Women who suffer severe anxiety during pregnancy, "sometimes" give birth a little prematurely but this is certainly not always the case.

In terms of "dealing with the anxiety before getting pregnant" -  there are a lot of women out there that have suffered from anxiety disorders all their lives (chronic anxiety) so dealing/controlling the anxiety may only be possible to a certain extent or not possible at all.
