It's not valerium, it's valerian. Kava actually works better, but avoid it if you have a history of liver problems. Most of those combination remedies you see on the net should be avoided -- the companies can't be trusted and they combine remedies that need to be taken at different times of the day. I suggest you buy a book by Hyla Cass called Natural Highs; she's a psychiatrist at UCLA. This should get you started, and then you can see a naturopath or experiment yourself, but it will take more than one remedy usually, and it won't obviate the necessity of getting talk therapy, exercising, practicing meditation and the like. Good luck.
im not sure what is causing my anxiety tho its like i told everyone else it just slapped me in the face a little over 4 months ago dont know were it came from just want it to leave
It depends on what is causing the anxiety. If it is high cortisol, for instance, then try Cortisol Manager.
i found some stuff on the web like ultimate calm and a couple other the first has like 14 natural ingredients and herbs sounded good just wonder about stuff like that tho ill check the valerium out tho thanks for the info
check out valerium. a low dose like 1 pill 3x a day works sorta like valium with out the stigma or high...but the pills smell like feet...don't worry it wont stay on your breath.
