anyone help

I gave birth on monday to my forth baby,i suffer from anxiety and it got worse when i became pregnant,since i got home from hospital ive become terrified that im ill or that something will happen to me,im exausted but im scared to go to sleep incase i dont wake up,ive got wierd tingly sensations on the left side of my head,ive had them before but im scared incase its something serious,im so frightend of every little ache or pain and i always think the worst,i need some help,i dont want it to affect my relationship with my baby

so sorry your going throught this, this should be the time of your life with a sweet new born. have you ever took pills for this? what does your dr say?

i to have anxiety or did, i dont let it stop me no more . its sad but its your own mind doing it , its so stronge its causing all these problems, is your hubby a good support person, can you talk to him. sit close to him. my hubby is the best for support and has helped me get over it. and you can to, it will not kill you it will only make your life He--. try and remeber its just your mind, get busy doing for baby/kids when it happens and no matter how long it takes to go away stay busy. i to have had the head tingling. ears/face no its not fun but your really ok its just dang anxiety.

if you need to go dr get pills to get back on your feet do it, than come off when your stronger. make sure its not the baby blues. talk to your dr bet they can help you out.

Thanks for your reply,i am on meds have been for a few months now,and im seeing a cbt,my partner is fantastic,i dont no how he copes with me sometimes.'c
