anyone please reply help dizzy

hello i am 22 years old male
i am about 220 pounds
i have ocd. i have  taken pills for it .for over 7 years
i think this new problem has started for about 2 years or 1 1/2.
this is what happens:
i feel dizzy/ or it feels something like being dizzy.
the dizzy feeling goes faster and slower.
when it goes faster i can feel and hear my heart pound
thats not the only thing: what bugs me is my vision
when this dizzy feeling happens i have a hard time reading things
and i can't understand anything if people are talking to me.
its like what goes in to my ears and what goes in to me eyes i can see it and hear it but my brain does not understand it at all.
thats what it feels like. the dizzy feeling  feels like a heart beat. it gets slower first ,then it will get faster ,it only get faster sometimes.
the first time this started happening to me i had a seizure
the it happend 2 more times ,one time i just pasted out .i didn't know what it was. but know i know the 2nd and 3rd time it feels like being super dizzy and my heart beat feeling is so high you can hear it in your ears pound pound pound and my vision is like if you where on drugs and beer (i don't see  anything) but the vision is like your eyes are going left to right and left to right and on and on.
i can't understand anything that goes though my eyes and ears its like i would just stand there still or sit.
now its  happened about over 25 time in the past 1-2 years, its not as bad as the first 3-4 times, i don't pass-out or have seizure any more. because i am taking pill for  seizures. but i'm not sure that what is happing. because i don't know how to explain it to my doctor.
it feels like i'm dizzy but i'm also having vision problems and it happens anytime. please someone tell me anything about this

It could possibly be a panic attack. When I'm having an attack I have the same dizzy feeling and I can hear my heart pounding in my ears. The first time it happened I could barely hear my coworker over my own heartbeat. It also got really fast, so fast I thought I was having a heart attack. My vision also gets weird, I get tunnel vision or sometimes it feels like my vision is flashing, like when you watch an old movie on a projector. My vision most of the time feels weird, and I guess it's just from the anxiety because my eye doctor said everything looked fine.

I would check with your doctor and let him know about the new symptoms just to make sure it's not another medical condition. Having panic attacks along with OCD I think is pretty common, so that may be what it is. Check with your doctor though just to be sure, good luck!
