Well, I'm not nursegirl, (I don't think they let her out for "walkies" til later in the day) but I'll do my best to give you an answer.
First, I trust you are, or will be, under the care and guidance of your doctor when you decide to withdraw from the Effexor.
As for the fish oil ane the vitamins..........I don't know if they will help with your taper, but they won't hurt it either. As long as you didn't read that you need to take mega doses, which can be dangerous. As for this "JD juice," I have no idea what that is, so can't comment on it. Please remember that just because something is "natural" or "organic," it can still harm you.
For really good answers to your questions, I suggest you post your question over on the Alternative Medicine Forum. The folks there are incredibly savvy about natural and organic ways to help just about whatever ails you. They will definitely be able to suggest things that will help.
I'm sure nursegirl will pop in with some other ideas. I wish you the best with your taper!
Peace
