Your own presence is making you afraid because you are focusing too much on the things that you do and not enough on the things that you want to do. Lingering thoughts create lingering feelings. Consider it like muscle memory but triggered by emotions. each time a memory is recorded it has an imprint of emotions to that memory so your anxiety is linking the emotion to all the previous memories that were recorded with the similar emotion. I suggest finding yourself again. I can't tell you how to do that and nobody can. To find yourself you need to be yourself and that means to listen to yourself and you will no longer be afraid. If you do what makes you happy you cant be afraid. It is impossible to be Happy and feel fear

I think u feel like u r losing touch with reality since of the stress and recognizing your problems as if they going to haunt u or they are terrible when they are everyday issues that alot of people experience and u arent alone in that sense
