Im in the UK and 26. I've suffered with anxiety for u years now. Recently its turned my world upside down. I can't enjoy my day to day activities due to being on edge all the time. I'm scared and panicking at work due to u aving panic attacks. Which I do keep having and at night I can't just relax and sleep. As I'm falling to sleep I keep getting an unusual rush that wakes me up n if I do manage to fall asleep for a few minutes then I wake up with my heart racing n sweating... sometimes hot and sometimes cold. I'm so tired now and exhausted yet stil can't sleep. This is really affecting me now. I didn't really want to go down the medical route but this doesn't seem to be going. I feel tertible. I cNnot fully explain the feelings that rush through me but it feels absolutely horrid. Can anyone help please? I've read so manu forums but doesn't seem there are any answers out there for me yet :'( any advice is welcomed. Thanks. Logan
when you start to feel that wat write down how you feel and what causes the attacks also when you start to feel one come on listen to meditation music it will calm you down and while your listening to that take deep breaths in thru your nose for 4 second hold it for 2 realse for 4 and repeat
