being pregnant with anxiety SUX!

After Iost my last baby doc put me on a depression pill that helps with anxiety also and I only took it for a month and it was makin me feel a lil better..Then I got pregnant again and haven't taken anything... my anxiety levels are so high rite now and sometimes I feel my head is gonna explode..I feel bad for my three girls and hubby...only 5more months thou..then back on something...BREATH IN AND OUT IN AND OUT...

I'm very sorry about your loss. I can only imagine how difficult that is.
If you were on the antidpressants for only a month, you should not have too much trouble getting off them, but it sounds like you just cold turkey'd them. That could be why your anxiety has sky rocketed.
But you REALLY need to talk with your OB/GYN about what you're going through. We all know that it's not good to be on certain medication while pregnant, sometimes the benefits outweigh the risks, but only your doctor and you can make that decision. Having really bad, constant anxiety isn't good for the baby, or you, either, so speak with your doc ASAP and see if there are any options.
