benzo addiction question

how to rid a benzo addiction (2 and a haft years long HARDCORE) every benzo ranging xanex,valium,klonopin,nitrazepam,midazolam, phenobarbitol(i know is a barbituate),more or less klonopin,xanex,valium

You might be better served in the addiction forum...the great folks there have some great ideas.

I will stress to you....if you are taking that many different benzos...and I'm assuming at fairly high doses...whatever you do...do NOT just stop taking them....you will be at a very high risk for seizures. Seriously, don't mess around with that.

You're best bet is to contact your doctor right away, or head into your local ER.

You are going to need a thorough safe detox under medical supervision, along with addiction treatment.
