body aches

I have been going through a stressful time in my life...for the past 8 weeks I have been stressing about HIV even tho I used protection and got a pcr test NEG at 26 days...I have been having on and off muscle aches in my legs and occaisonly in my arms.  In a way I just want to let it go but it keeps coming back I my mind.  I'm getting blood work done for diabtetes and thyroid tomorro and actually hoping that something is wrong so I can fix it.  oviosly I would like nothing to be wrong but I just can't take it I have alot of regret and guilt over my situation and every expert on this site and through clincs has told me that I'm fine was at no risk and should move on. if only that easy

Im sorry about that. I think we (as people) are often harder on ourselves than any spiritual court could be. Im not sure what your situation is and I wont ask (not my place), but obviously your not a bad person because you feel bad about this situation. I think we go through trials in our life to make us stronger, help us build character. Im sure there was something about your situation in which you learned something. Take your lessons and try not to repeat them. Dont punish yourself. Moving on takes time, just like getting over a death or bad break up takes time. Time is the best healer. But just take care of yourself and remember: nothing bad lasts forever :-)

yeah I appreciate that...I do feel bad about wat I did, I just want to be normal again.  I find at times I am normal but when Im normal I stop and think when are the aches coming and bang there and stay there.
