i am having burning sensation arround my neck and shoulders since last 4 months and cotinuosly loosing weight. all the time i feet upset due to burning sensation. suggest me what to do? is it acidity or neurological disorder due to stress?

yes, it is anxiety, i am sure but alongwith, it could be diabetes.
