Yes, it can cause that nautical feeling if you use if frequently, just as if you've been on a boat for hours or days.
I have experienced it many times after being on a boat for hours or days in a row. It's a bit strange when your feet hit solid ground and you still feel like you're on the sea.
I wouldn't worry much about it. It passes in a few hours.
By the way, I can't run or even walk on tread mills due to that relativity problem of motionMotion sickness Motion sickness less drowsy. Actually I hate them. But that is totally irrelevant here:) though I wonder if dogs feel the same when they walk on those...
If the feeling has been going on for a while....how frequently are you working out on those things? Just wondering, because if you work out a lot then you naturally will keep up the feeling. Try scip the "wonderful technical devices" for a day or two, or maybe more, you could for instance rather take a power walk or have a real running-session in the park or something:)
Just my 2 cents here... if the feeling doesn't dissapear in a couple of days then you should contact your doctor of course.
