Are you receiving any form of psychotherapy? A good therapist can help you find effective coping skills to deal with your feelings. It's helpful to be able to vent to someone who can remain objective. Anger can definitely affect your stomach, as can anxiety. I would suggest, if you haven't already done so, to consult with a good psychiatrist who can perhaps diagnose your particular situation. He/she may be able to prescribe an antianxiety medication that might help to keep you calmer. Medication plus psychotherapy might help you a great deal. Please keep me posted.

I get that way too, I am trying to teach myself not to get myself so stressed out over these things. I don't know how much i'll achieve but we shall see
