cankers in the mouth and swollen galnds and tonsil with no fever

I'm waiting ofr some STI results to come back in the mean while I have a canker sore on my tongue which shas been there for almost aweek and a half  then I noticed on tuesday that my left tonsil and gland were swollen but haven't had a fever thru this all and it hasn't gotten worse or better but a nother canker sore is popping up on the other side of my tongue in the same place loooking to see if any of these could be contributed to anxiety maily the cankers Pleasase Help?

If it's really a canker sore, check your toothpaste for sodium laurel sulfate.  The spellings can be different, because there are several similar chemical additives.  If it does, go to a health food store and buy a toothpaste that doesn't contain these additives, as they cause canker sores, among other things.
