Hello there,

I think i decrypted you message and basicly you are having post surgery anxiety?
Of course anxiety can make everything and every sensation worse. I'm not a doctor nor a surgeon to give you any advice on you post-surgery pain but i can still give you some advice on anxiety.

You can do a lot of thing to fight anxiety and since you do not seem to be properly fit to start physical activities yet then i would recommend a healthy diet first. Healthy diet will help you body and mind be more regulated and this will help you in plenty of way. Google healthy diet and find what's good for you.

You can also have a prescription of benzodiazepines like Xanax, Bromazepam or Ativan to help with the anxiety untill you feel ok with you surgery and everything. Remember that this kind of drug is only for short term use for anxiety. If you want a longer treatment i would suggest anti-depressant such as serotonin-specific reuptake inhibitor (SSRIs) like Lexapro, Prozac, Zoloft. Or you can try another kind of anti-depressant that works great with anxiety too called serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) those are drugs like Cymbalta, Pristiq and Effexor.

You can also try talk therapy and luminotherapy. Luminotherapy means light therapy and usually involves half-hour sessions in front of a bright lamp (10 000 lux), specially adapted to treat seasonal depression. The principle is simple: light exposure slows down melatonin production, fighting sleepiness and depression. The light reaches the brain through the retina of the eye, as nerve impulses, to alter hormone levels, which in turn reset your body clock and boost your immune system. Some doctors and health farms offer luminotherapy as a treatment, but there are also special lamps on the market for home use.

Hope this will help you a bit and don't forget to consult a doctor before considering taking any drug and remember that i am not a doctor and i'm not aware of a detailed physical condition of yourself so this is just information i am giving you and i have no rights to tell you what to do.

Best regards,
M4
