chest issues

i suffer from anxiety
i hqve wierd feelings in my hart and i cant explain it
im conviced its anxiety
but i really dont know
i have shortness of breath i yawn allot and cant catch my breath but my hart is my main problem its not a pain its just wierd
does anyone feel like this?

Yes, I do. It started 2 years ago. I am very aware of my heartbeat now whereas before I never really noticed it, it kinda feels like I've had alot of caffine. I also get heart palputations (about 4 times a day).Sometimes when I yawn I can't catch my breath then I think I start to panic. The doctor says it's anxiety and prescribed pills which are the same pills used to treat depression, so I never took them. I've been living with it for two years,scares the crap out of you. I did wear a halter monitor for 24 hours and the results were within normal limits. It came out of nowhere, and now a new thing to deal with-last night I feel a vibration in my chest (like a cell phone) and no I'm not insane! I looked it up and other people have it too. I'm a 42 yr old female-130lbs-don't drink or smoke -or drink anything with caffine in it, soda or coffee. But I still get it.
