chest pain...a simple question

This may sound weird and everyones different, but I'd like to know so I can get my head round this chest pain business...I can cope with panic attacks, the rapid breathing but i just can't cope with the chest pain. so

What does everyones chest pain feel like during anxiety?

also

Would you be able to tell the difference from a heart attack chest pain and anxiety chest pain

mines a really painful dull pain under my left breast bone and it comes and goes but lasts no longer then a minute I also get on my upper left side of my chest.

I think if it was (heart attack) chest pains You would well and truly know and would highly likely be admitted to Hospital. From what I have seen with those, people are not able to stand or breathe and are in EXTREME pain.
The Anxiety chest pain can be difficult it is a sharp pain with a tightness

I had it last night and mine was a sharp stabbing cramp like pain almost underneath my left chest area and into my shoulder. I imagine that we would be able to tell the difference between a real heart attack and an anxiety attack but since (thankfully) I have never been in that situation I have no idea. I know when my dad had his heart attacks, he was in severe pain. Much more pain than I experience with an anxiety attack. They made him unable to stand up.
Our minds are still very very strong and can truly make us feel like we are experiencing something dangerous. The best we can do is be as calm as possible and what for it to pass and then try to remember the next time that one happens that we made it through the one before and are still alive and here!

Hmmm, mine feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest.  I just can't seem to get my lungs to expand.  But, it is not specific to one part of my chest.   Personally, I hate the stomach-aches.  I'd take chest pains over that any day...  But that's just me...
